Camp Description: Campers will be provided a space to complete their virtual school work with the assistance of a certified teacher and additional Verdun Staff. Participants will also participate in life skills education activities including gardening, wood working, arts and crafts, and more. Each day will also include outdoor recreation time on our 55-acre facility including the use of our challenge course!
Camp Description: This camp is meant for the adventurer! 5 days and 4 nights off/on campus, Muddy Trackers will experience a variety exciting on and off campus activities from testing their abilities on the Verdun high and low rope Challenge Course; hiking, camping and learning basic wilderness survival skills in the beautiful Shenandoah National Park; open water kayaking at one of our off-campus locations; Muddy Trackers will end each day camping under the stars by a nice warm fire. All participants will be provided breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner for 4 days and 4 nights. Verdun will also provide tents for those who need them. Please be sure to send your Muddy Tracker with a packed lunch on the first day and any extra snacks for the week. A detailed pack list will be emailed to you at the time of registration.
Note: Participants are welcome to bring their own camp gear, i.e., tents or hammocks. Some limited gear may be provided on a first come, first serve basis.

Camp Description:The Young Explorers will experience a variety of activities Verdun Adventure Bound has to offer. Activities will include: An introduction to the Verdun Challenge Course; playing games; hiking; pond kayaking; daily art projects; fun science experiments; fort building; and swimming every day.

Verdun Adventure Bound is constantly investigating and updating avenues to perform community outreach to the youth of Rappahannock, Culpeper and Fauquier Counties. Through our programs including mental health outreach, we invite students from ages 7 to 17 to enjoy our Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall Camp programs.
Verdun is pleased to announce a limited number of summer camp scholarships will be offered to the youth of Fauquier, Rappahannock and Culpeper County. Any student 7 to 17 years of age are eligible and encouraged to apply.
Awarding of scholarships are based on the family’s economic need.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE THREE STEPS
1) The parent/s must submit a letter of recommendation on behalf of the camper.
2) A statement of financial need of the family’s 2019 federal tax return.
3) Applicants must submit a signed and completed camp application form.
