Reservation Policies:

By submitting an online registration form, I have read, understand and will abide by VAB’s financial policy as stated below.

VAB requires the completion of our online registration form along with a 50% non-refundable service deposit fee to secure a program, activity and/or event.  Remainder of the service fee and final payment is due prior to the start of the program, activity and/or event.  If payment is not received within 30 days of service rendered, a $25.00 late fee will be charged.  If payment is not received within 45 days, a $50.00 late fee will be charged.  Any payments past due by 45 days or more may be sent to collections and the costs of collection, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs and collection fees incurred become the sole responsibility of the booking party.  Returned checks will also be charged a $25.00 return fee.  Acceptable methods of payment include Cash, PayPal and Check.

Reservation Policy:

At the discretion of the Executive Director, a deposit for a canceled reservation date may be applied to a new date. Since some groups make reservations with long lead times, dates may be changed up to 12 weeks in advance of arrival date. Date changes with less than 12 weeks notice may forfeit the deposit. VAB reservations do not exist an online registration form is completed and a 50% deposit have been received. Staff will send a confirmation email to the designated contact individual.

Once a reservation is accepted, confirmation of activities, safety requirements and other information appropriate to your group and its plans will be required. This includes proof of insurance and/or Release of Liability Forms for all participants. Written proof of insurance should be supplied by the insurance provider. Forms must be in our file or turned in on arrival (prior to participation in any activities).
