Verdun Adventure Bound (VAB) offers customized programs for public, parochial and independent schools. We encourage classes from third grade through the senior high school year to experience at least one VAB team building day per school year. The approximate length of a typical day is seven hours.
The day begins with a fifteen minute motivational “Doc Talk” followed by VAB safety procedures. The class is divided into groups between eight and twelve students. The VAB Facilitator will “Challenge by Choice” students with games and low ropes during the morning activities. Students usually bring their own bag lunch for a half hour break. The afternoon may have the group on a select number of high rope elements, depending on the formulation of the group. The day ends with a closing “Doc Talk” and a full and complete circle with the group understanding the importance of the ME to the WE to the ONE.
VAB also offers a Leadership team building day for middle and high school students.
We welcome the opportunity to meet with teachers and/or principals prior to a VAB team building day to discuss their students needs and understanding the ultimate goals.
