Did you know that Verdun is also an event venue? We host family-friendly camping with live music, 5Ks, festivals, our Holiday Light Show, and more! Keep an eye on our event calendar for upcoming entertainment opportunities!
Enjoy an evening under the stars at Verdun! For one night a month you can listen to great music and then camp out on the Verdun grounds with all your friends and family! Your ticket includes admission to the concert and access to our beautiful camp grounds! Gates open at 3pm, Music starts at 5pm! Adventure passes can be purchase at the door for one trip up climbing wall and down the dual zip lines. This can be purchased at the ticket table. Available from 3-5 pm ONLY. Ages 8 and up. Weight limit is 250lb.

Brisk
Wish you could relive that amazing time when flannels and Docs were all the rage and the music was a little grungier?! Brisk will help take you back in time to get your 90's-2000's fix with all the classic bangers! We’ll pay tribute to the classics that defined grunge, alternative, emo & pop punk while mixing in deep cuts from the one hit wonders. So whether it’s a blue Monday, Friday and you’re in love or 3AM and you feel like a Zombie, do yourself a favor and grab your friends (even the teenage dirtbags and creeps) and drive to the nearest Brisk show and sing your hearts out!

Delta Spur
Delta Spur is Northern Virginia’s hometown country cover band, known for high-energy performances that blend current country hits with timeless classics. With a polished, dance-floor-ready sound, Delta Spur delivers songs from artists like Morgan Wallen, Lainey Wilson, Zach Topp, Jason Aldean, and Zac Brown Band, while also throwing in crowd favorites like “Fishin’ in the Dark” and “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.”
The group features lead vocalist Tommy Bouch, vocalist Madelyn Byrne, lead guitarist Matthew Berry, fiddler Matthew Byrne, bassist Mike Hooke, and drummer Harry Evans. All six members are based in the DMV area, bringing professional musicianship, and electric energy to the stage. Whether playing a high-profile venue or a private event, Delta Spur is known for getting the crowd on their feet with tight harmonies, top-tier talent, and an unforgettable country party vibe.

Local band based out of the Northern Virginia area, Eclectic Company play familiar, crowd-pleasing covers and originals with a slight funk bent. Lead singer, Daron Tapscott, never fails to get the crowd up and dancing. Come & check them out, they won't disappoint!

DEAD OF SUMMER 6K

Come for the race, stay for the beer!
Death Ridge Brewery and Verdun Adventure Bound present the 5th annual The Dead of Summer 6K. The XC course begins and ends at Death Ridge Brewery and includes a significant portion of the Verdun Adventure Bound Cross Country Course. If you keep an eye out, you might actually see some Emu and a Zebra (no, really!) as the course cuts through a neighbor's property.
1st Prize: One Year Membership at Death Ridge Brewery ($125 value)!
Top 3 Men and Top 3 Women will win a Beer (or age-legal beverage), on Verdun! We love our runners!
Race T-Shirt included!
Why 6K? Because that's how an easy to follow and naturally flowing course measured out. We could have made it a 5K, but it wouldn't be as fun. 6K is 1000 meters better! NOTE: Course distance is approximate.
Introduction/Supporting
This race is an introduction to the wonderful beer of Death Ridge Brewery, with all race proceeds going to support Verdun Adventure Bound. Verdun is an educational 501 (C)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to support youth and adult personal growth incorporating experiential learning and stewardship of the land on its 67 acre retreat facility.
